Community Rules

1. Authentic Identity and Representation

Users must represent themselves truthfully and must not impersonate other individuals, organisations, institutions, or public actors.

You may not:

• Create accounts that falsely represent another person or entity.
• Claim affiliation with an organisation, institution, or political role without authorisation.
• Misuse verification status or attempt to deceive users regarding identity or credentials.

Verification is intended to confirm authenticity, not to confer authority or endorsement.

2. Political Integrity and Platform Manipulation

Parallel Globe is designed to support genuine political participation. Any attempt to artificially manipulate political dialogue is prohibited.

You may not:

• Operate automated accounts, bots, or scripted activity.
• Create multiple accounts to artificially amplify political narratives.
• Coordinate inauthentic behaviour intended to distort political discussion.
• Attempt to manipulate Country Spaces or political discussions through deceptive or organised activity.

All political participation must be authentic and attributable to a real individual or organisation.

3. Respect for Country Spaces

Parallel Globe is organised around Country Spaces — distinct national political environments. Users must respect the structural integrity of these spaces.

Users may not:

• Publish content in a Country Space where publishing is restricted by platform structure.
• Misrepresent their country affiliation to influence political dialogue.
• Attempt to bypass Country Space restrictions through technical or procedural means.

Visitor access is provided to enable observation and discussion, not to override national publishing rules.

4. Harassment, Threats, and Violence

Political disagreement is permitted. Abuse and violence are not.

You may not:

• Threaten violence against any individual, group, or institution.
• Advocate or incite violence.
• Engage in sustained harassment, intimidation, or targeted abuse intended to silence or harm others.

Parallel Globe exists to enable political dialogue, not coercion or intimidation.

5. Platform Security and Misuse

Users must not interfere with the security, stability, or proper functioning of the platform.

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass platform safeguards, moderation systems, or technical restrictions.
• Use the platform to conduct scams, fraud, or unauthorised commercial activity.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorisation.

6. Verification Integrity

Verification is granted to confirm the authenticity of Political Voices and Organisations.

Verified Users must:

• Provide accurate and truthful verification information.
• Maintain the integrity of their verified identity.
• Avoid using verification status in a misleading or deceptive manner.

Parallel Globe may revoke verification status where authenticity cannot be maintained.

7. Confidentiality of Encrypted Communications

CipherCall conversations are protected by end-to-end encryption. Parallel Globe cannot access, read, or decrypt CipherCall content. Private messages are handled securely; end-to-end encryption for private messages is planned for a future release.

Users are responsible for their own communications and conduct within these channels. Use of the platform for violent coordination, criminal purposes, or any activity that violates these Rules may result in immediate enforcement action.

8. Enforcement

Parallel Globe may take enforcement action where these Community Rules or the Terms of Service are violated. Enforcement follows the four-strike system set out in the Terms of Service (Section 5), except where the severity of a violation warrants immediate action.

Enforcement actions may include:

• Content removal.
• Feature restrictions.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Revocation of verification status.

Parallel Globe reserves the right to take immediate action in cases of severe or repeated violations, without following each step of the standard enforcement process.

9. Platform Neutrality

Parallel Globe does not endorse political positions, parties, ideologies, or actors.

The platform provides infrastructure for political dialogue. Responsibility for political content rests with users.

Parallel Globe’s role is to preserve platform integrity, authenticity, and security.
